1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ParseKit platform, services, or APIs provided by Devian Agency Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.

2. Content Ownership and License

You retain all intellectual property rights and full ownership over all content, articles, images, and documents you create, upload, or publish using ParseKit. You grant ParseKit a limited, non-exclusive license solely to host, process, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the publishing services.

3. Subscriptions & Price Immutability

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. In accordance with ParseKit billing safeguards, your agreed subscription price remains locked and immutable for the continuous duration of your active subscription, protecting existing subscribers against retroactive catalog price alterations.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Republic of India.
